£150 - Pay in instalments as low as £18.75 per month
The authorities have told us for many years that healthy living is about healthy eating and exercise. But we have a mental health issue in our country going right across the board, rich to poor, famous to unknown, and the high flyers to the hands on workers.
The MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course) is a course aimed at people who want to live a more mindful life. People who want to explore a more healthy way to live. People who want to learn about having a healthy mind. It is not aimed at anyone with a specific problem.
The MBLC is a secular course that gives you all the skills you need to make a significant change in your life.
The course includes - 8 weeks of classes, plus a retreat day
With - Cathy Ward, Nationally Accredited Mindfulness Teacher
Dates - Wednesdays 25th Sept to 13th Nov, and Retreat day 2nd Nov 2019
Time - Wednesdays 7pm to 9pm and Retreat day 10am to 4pm

All courses can be paid for in full, or in monthly instalments.
Cost - £150 (early bird) booked before 31st July, £180 after 31st July 2019
